Administrative internship focused on organizing and submitting documents for social security proceedings, with ongoing communication with public agencies and clients.

**ADMINISTRATIVE INTERNSHIP**
**ON-SITE POSITION IN PORTO ALEGRE**
**MANDATORY PREREQUISITE**: Currently enrolled in undergraduate studies.
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** Law student. Experience in law offices, companies, or public agencies within the administrative sector, including document requests and organization.
**Responsibilities:**
\- Requesting and organizing documents required for clients' INSS retirement applications, liaising with companies and public agencies such as Municipal Governments, State and Municipal Secretariats, among others.
Examples of documents include: Certificate and Declaration of Contribution or Service Time, Payroll Records, and PPP (Previdenciary Occupational Profile).
\- Digitizing documents provided by in-person clients and organizing documents submitted online by clients.
\- Tracking document requests and communicating with public agencies and companies; completing forms and forwarding client documents according to required procedures for preparing and issuing requested documents.
\- Monitoring emails related to document requests.
\- Entering information and updates regarding document requests into legal task management software.
\- Contacting clients to request documents required by companies or public agencies to advance document requests.
**WORK SCHEDULE:** 6 hours per day with a 1-hour break (to be arranged)
R$ 1\.500,00 \+ Transportation Allowance \+ Meal Voucher R$ 30,00 per day
