More information at: www.saopietro.com.br **Position:** ---------- * Receive and verify requests from our units regarding surgical and outpatient procedures for patients, forwarding them to the appropriate department (private-pay or insurance); * Verify OPME (implants, prostheses, orthotics, and special materials) cost estimates according to insurance contract terms; * Register and deliver surgical documents relevant to procedures performed at the unit; * Review received surgical documents to ensure process progression, verifying patient data, anesthesiologist, physician, procedure, insurance coverage, etc.; * Place OPME/material orders per surgical requirements, request, and approval (private-pay or insurance); * Perform a pre-scheduling checklist, reviewing the entire surgical workflow and notifying physicians to confirm procedures; * Verify and validate system data related to the surgical schedule—including associated procedures—to ensure effective communication with the clinical staff; * Assist with other administrative tasks within the department as needed; * Contact patients and physicians to confirm scheduled appointments, adhering to established deadlines; * Provide customer service through all communication channels (email, messaging, phone, in-person), meeting established deadlines; * Support physicians, suppliers, and patients via phone, WhatsApp, and email, receiving and addressing general inquiries; * Track authorizations requested from health insurers, resolve potential pending issues, and inform both physicians and patients to proceed with the procedure; * Schedule authorized surgeries (by phone, email, or WhatsApp), per physician request. **Requirements:** --------------- * Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed in administration, hospital management, or related fields (preferred); * Familiarity with MV system (preferred); * Knowledge of OPME; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational ability and attention to detail. **Additional Information:** ----------------------- **Compensation:** BRL 2,681.94 Transportation Allowance Meal/Voucher Allowance – BRL 25.50/day (Sodexo) Unimed Health Plan & Porto Seguro Dental Plan (available after probationary period) Discounts at Partner Universities (undergraduate, postgraduate, technical, and continuing education courses) Wellhub – wellness and quality-of-life program offering access to gyms and physical activities **Birthday Day Off** Collaborative work environment and growth opportunities ### **Work Location:** Dom Pedro II, 1379 – Prime Day Hospital São Pietro. ### **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM; Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
