We are seeking a professional to perform functions related to medical/hospital billing. **Responsibilities and duties** * Perform billing activities, including authorizations according to health plan regulations; * Bill hospital accounts and appeal claim denials with health insurance providers; * Conduct checklists to identify, prevent, and resolve potential pending items and contribute to account control; * Prepare hospital bills according to health insurance provider rules; * Execute and maintain necessary controls and activities to ensure proper billing operations; **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed high school education. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Familiarity with the Tasy system is a plus. * Knowledge of hospital billing is a plus. **Additional information** **Additional information:** * On-site restaurant; * Commuter allowance / Parking; * Employees' Association (AFUSC); * Educational partnership programs; * Medical and dental insurance; * Daycare insurance; * Pharmacy insurance; * TotalPass membership; * Initiatives promoting quality of life at work.
