We are looking for someone to join our production team and help transform recipes into delightful experiences for our customers. Your Responsibilities Assist in preparing cookies, brownies, and other recipes Measure and organize ingredients, work surfaces, and utensils Support portioning, assembly, and final product finishing Maintain organization and cleanliness in the production area Assist with basic inventory and expiry date control Support the team as needed throughout the day What We Expect From You Organization, attention to detail, and hygiene Willingness to learn and follow production standards Agility and responsibility Ability to work well in a team Experience in kitchen/pastry is a plus (not required) What We Offer Internal training Light-hearted and collaborative environment Opportunity for growth Exposure to a creative universe of artisanal products Employment Type: Full-time, CLT Permanent Contract Compensation: R$1.521,90 – R$1.932,28 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
