Job Summary: Responsible for food preparation, setting up coffee buffets, and maintaining hygiene and organization of the work environment, in compliance with food safety regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on preparing juices, sandwiches, snacks, and baked goods. 2. Setting up coffee stations (coffee buffets) according to standards. 3. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the workplace. Summary of Duties and Responsibilities * **Food and Beverage Preparation:** * Preparing **fresh juices**, sandwiches, and general snacks. * Slicing cold cuts and washing/preparing fruits. * Baking bread and other bakery items. * **Setting up** ***coffee stations*** **(coffee buffets) according to the menu** and established standards. * **Hygiene and Organization:** * **Keeping the environment and workplace clean and organized** (floors, countertops, equipment). * Washing and sanitizing all dishes and utensils used. * Strictly adhering to hygiene and food safety regulations. Essential Requirements * **Education:** Incomplete high school education. * **Experience:** **Proven experience** in this role or in similar activities. * **Profile:** Organized, agile, punctual, and responsible. Working Conditions and Benefits * **Base Salary:** R$ 2\.114,00 * **Night Shift Allowance:** Approximately R$ 300,00 * **Work Schedule:** **Night shift**, from **23:00 to 07:20**. * **Work Rotation:** **6 days on, 1 day off**, with one weekly day off and one Sunday off per month (as per rotation schedule). * Transportation Allowance * On-site Cafeteria * Estimated Tips Employment Type: Direct Hire (CLT) Compensation: R$2\.114,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation\-allowance Experience: * Kitchen Experience (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
