As a **Receptionist**, you will be an essential part of the guest journey, ensuring impeccable, personalized service aligned with Hilton’s international brand standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform **check-in and check-out** following Hilton standards. * Provide courteous and personalized service, always addressing guests by name. * Resolve requests and needs promptly, using positive language. * Promote hotel services and provide information about local attractions. * Handle telephone inquiries and assist with reservations as needed. * Verify postings, documents, and support cash reconciliation. * Record incidents and assist in service recovery. * Maintain organization of front desk areas and collaborate with other teams. **Requirements:** --------------- * **Advanced English** (a third language is a plus). * Strong communication skills, proactivity, organization, and patience. * Basic computer skills (Word and Excel). * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress (preferably in Tourism or Hospitality). * Relevant experience in this role. * Warm and personalized guest service orientation. * Dynamic and collaborative profile. * Behavior aligned with **Blue Energy** culture and Hilton standards.
