Employee support, managerial reporting, and audits TECHNICAL ENGINEERING SERVICES COMPANY IS SEEKING: PAYROLL ANALYST RESPONSIBILITIES: Execute end-to-end payroll processing, including salaries, bonuses, commissions, and deductions. Calculate and verify social charges (FGTS, INSS, IRRF, DIRF) and issue collection guides via DCTFWeb. Submit and monitor periodic and non-periodic government events, ensuring data integrity in submissions to governmental authorities. Verify benefits administration (VA/VR, Health Plan, VT), vacation, terminations, and timekeeping. Clarify employee inquiries regarding payslips, taxes, and labor legislation. Prepare managerial reports, accounting provisions, and support internal and external audits. COMPENSATION: R$ 4.500,00 BENEFITS: Meal allowance, transportation allowance, SESC, SESI, health insurance WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Thursday, from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 18:00; Friday until 17:00. NOTES: Proven experience in HR department routines and payroll closing. Proficiency in CLT, social security legislation, and eSocial routines. Experience with TOTVS ERP and Secullum timekeeping systems; advanced-to-intermediate Excel proficiency. Exceptional organizational skills, discretion in handling confidential information, and ability to meet strict deadlines. Education: Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Accounting Sciences, Human Resources, or related fields.
