Job Summary: Grupo Lebes is seeking a creative and proactive professional to join our Marketing team, focused on design, layout, and editing for campaigns and various materials. Key Highlights: 1. Use graphic design and video editing software **Grupo Lebes is looking for someone creative, proactive, and eager to grow to join our Marketing team. If you love design, possess an aesthetic eye, and want to get hands-on in day-to-day retail operations, this role is for you!** Responsibilities: Create layouts and assets for campaigns, social media, e-commerce, and internal materials; Layout various materials, ensuring visual organization and alignment with brand identity; Edit and retouch images and videos; Collaborate proactively with the Marketing team, promptly and creatively addressing retail-related requests. Requirements: Proficiency in graphic design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or equivalents); Basic knowledge of video editing (Premiere, After Effects or similar); Skills in layout and visual composition; Knowledge of branding and storytelling; Organizational skills, strong communication, and willingness to learn. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Advertising and Public Relations, or related fields; Willingness to work onsite at the Eldorado do Sul Administrative Center.
