Management of document and communication workflows **Position: Administrative Assistant** **Job Description:** The Billing Assistant is responsible for monitoring the receipt flow of fleet-related invoices from all branches, ensuring file integrity and compliance with due dates. Must perform system entry and verification of NF\-e, guaranteeing accuracy of fiscal and financial information. Directly engage with suppliers to resolve pending issues, request payment slips, and negotiate deadlines.
