We handle a high volume of job openings, focusing on accuracy and maintaining close client relationships. Your Role Here **You will be responsible for the most strategic stage of the process:** candidate selection and validation, ensuring high-quality deliverables and hiring accuracy. Main Responsibilities Conduct competency-based interviews (structured) Assess behavioral profiles (DISC certification is a plus) Perform critical candidate analysis (technical and cultural fit) Prepare comprehensive and well-substantiated evaluation reports Present and advocate for candidates to clients Align job requirements with clients (when necessary) Collaborate closely with the recruitment team (sourcing and screening) Manage multiple selection processes simultaneously **Requirements:** Requirements Previous experience in recruitment and selection (senior level) Proficiency in competency-based interviewing Strong analytical ability and critical thinking skills Clear communication and a consultative demeanor Organizational skills to manage a high volume of job openings Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (HR, Psychology, or related fields) Advantages Experience in HR consulting Experience managing a high volume of job openings Knowledge of DISC or other behavioral assessment tools Work Model Hybrid work in Porto Alegre/RS What We Offer Dynamic environment with accelerated growth Direct contact with clients and strategic decision-making Real opportunity for career advancement in consulting Benefits **Position:** Senior Recruitment and Selection Analyst Porto Alegre/RS – Hybrid model CLT \| 44 hours per week **Salary:** R$ 3\.000,00
