




The **MAGNA Executive Search**, in partnership with a multinational manufacturing company located in the interior of Rio Grande do Sul, is seeking: **HR Manager** **(100% on-site work arrangement)** **Key responsibilities and duties:** Act as the HR department manager and business partner to the factory’s operational and strategic areas, ensuring alignment among people, processes, and results; Lead the HR team and oversee all HR subsystems, including recruitment and selection, training and development, organizational climate management, performance management, compensation and benefits, labor and union relations, and personnel administration; Manage and implement HR policies, processes, and strategies aligned with the strategic plan and corporate guidelines; Support the leadership team in managing the organizational structure of their respective areas, as well as analyze and contribute to decisions regarding teams—considering business/area needs, development, retention, and succession planning; Ensure effective management and workflow across all HR subsystems, reinforcing a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, safety, and innovation. Play a strong role in leadership development and succession planning; Identify internal needs and propose improvements to HR area management processes; Locally administer the job classification, salary, benefits, and meritocracy policy; Contribute to cross-functional synergy, communication, and closeness; Manage departmental KPIs. Act as a Business Partner and contribute to strengthening people management at the site; Support the plant’s executive management and other leaders in decision-making related to people, business, and organizational structure. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, HR Management, or related fields; Solid experience in HR leadership roles and/or as a Business Partner for industrial areas; Experience working in manufacturing environments of medium- or large-sized multinational companies; Extensive experience across all HR subsystems; Experience leading organizational transformation and change initiatives; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with integrated ERP systems. Fluent English; Spanish is a plus; Willingness to reside and work on-site in the interior of Rio Grande do Sul.
