Job Summary: Responsible for payroll processing, benefits administration, electronic timekeeping system management, recruitment and selection, and support for HR and Personnel Department routines. Support for internal marketing and organizational climate **Responsibilities:** Payroll processing, including onboarding, terminations, and vacation management. Coordination with external accounting; Benefits administration; Management and maintenance of the electronic timekeeping system. Conducting recruitment and selection processes for various professional profiles. Monitoring, analysis, and tracking of Personnel Department KPIs. Supporting internal marketing initiatives and activities aimed at enhancing organizational climate. Supporting other routine tasks within the Human Resources and Personnel Department. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resource Management, or related fields. Proficiency in payroll processing, labor legislation, and Personnel Department routines. Experience in recruitment and selection. Analytical ability and attention to detail. Strong communication and organizational skills.
