Description

Job Summary: Assist in the maintenance of machines and equipment, cleaning of external and internal factory areas, and performing low-complexity building maintenance tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Machine and equipment maintenance with technical supervision 2. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the factory environment 3. Performing minor building maintenance tasks and painting Assist in cleaning, lubricating, and maintaining machines and equipment under the supervision of a qualified technician; Maintain external factory area cleanliness through yard sweeping, collection of industrial waste according to its classification, grass cutting, etc.; Keep the work area and used equipment clean and orderly to ensure work quality; Operate aerial work platforms (AWPs). Perform low-complexity painting tasks, such as curb painting and garden bench painting; Restock mineral water in departments when necessary; Perform low-complexity building maintenance tasks (minor repairs); Carry out other tasks of similar nature and complexity, as directed by superiors or required by operational needs, aiming to optimize processes. Clean and maintain restrooms, glass surfaces, and common areas to ensure hygiene and organization of the environment. - Collect and dispose of garbage appropriately, contributing to space preservation.
