FUNCTIONS * Lead Handling: Make initial contact with inbound and outbound leads, identifying business opportunities and qualifying prospects for the sales team. * Process Management: Monitor individual and collective team performance using KPIs to track results and propose improvements. * Collaboration with Back Office: Work closely with back-office members to optimize communication processes, telephony, and call evaluations. * Provide team performance updates and suggest strategies to improve lead conversion. REQUIREMENTS * Proven experience as an SDR or in B2B sales, preferably in the financial or investment sector. * Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage sales teams. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on negotiation and persuasion. * Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and prospecting tools. * Organized, proactive, and results-oriented profile. * Familiarity with the investment market is a plus.
