Work end-to-end across the company's digital tools (GRS, IndigoNeo, etc.) — covering the entire technical infrastructure and customer journey — provide support when issues arise, plan and prepare documentation for new features, assist in implementation rollouts, perform configurations, and apply critical thinking to technical analyses. Configure test and validation environments to ensure high-quality deliveries and monitor performance indicators. Critical thinking and analytical ability in problem resolution; excellent interpersonal relationships across all company departments and with vendors; intermediate English proficiency; knowledge of technological environments (APIs, Backend, Frontend); strong ownership mindset regarding the tools under one's responsibility.
