Handle low- to medium-complexity requests, providing system support, access assistance, functional guidance, and operational troubleshooting; escalate appropriately to higher support levels when required. Maintain clear communication with customers to ensure alignment of expectations and adherence to deadlines and SLAs. **Requirements and Qualifications** ------------------------------ **Requirements:** Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Processes, or related fields. Customer service experience and track record in meeting performance indicators.
