We create fashion that connects with real life, empowers, fosters belonging, and boosts self-esteem. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Research trends and visual languages; * Monitor and approve print development, color, and trims (when necessary); * Collection creation and assembly (color palette, mood board, trims); * Product construction and collection development (technical specification sheet creation, raw material selection, supplier development monitoring, and fit sample monitoring); * Follow-up and approval of products with suppliers; * Involvement in Style Department activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Fashion or related fields; * Experience in Product Development; * Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency; * Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Advanced and/or fluent English. **Additional Information** **Work Location: Porto Alegre \- RS** **Work Modality: Hybrid (4 days per week in the office)** **For internal employees, application deadline is February 01, 2026** \#LI\-LR1 \#LI\-hybrid What excites you?
