Job Summary: This professional will be responsible for monitoring product expiration dates and quality, performing weighing and restocking tasks, organizing the department, and serving customers. Provide customer service with a focus on loyalty * Monitor product expiration dates, quality, and storage conditions to offer customers high-quality products displayed attractively. * Maintain the workplace (and other shared areas) organized, clean, and hygienic, in accordance with the Company's standards for quality, safety, hygiene, health, and environmental preservation. * Perform product weighing and restocking, respecting respective display layouts, variety, etc. * Carry out packaging and pricing routines applicable to the department, such as price/label verification, price display, tare weights, signage, etc. * Perform operational activities within their area of responsibility, supporting workflow execution by following instructions from professionals working in the area and/or from assigned mentors. * Serve customers, adhering to the Company's service standards, seeking to understand their needs and offering solutions to delight them and foster loyalty. Minimum Education: Elementary School (1st level)
