Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Lathe Operator with machining expertise who is interested in working integrally within production processes, with emphasis on technical data and continuous improvement. Focus on continuous improvement in machining processes **Job: Lathe Operator – 1071** **Location:** Montenegro/RS **Area:** Machining / Tooling We are seeking a **Lathe Operator** with proven machining experience, interested in integrated participation in production processes, with attention to technical data, drawings, and continuous improvement. The professional will perform hands-on part control as well as administrative tasks and customer service. ️ **Responsibilities** * Interpret technical drawings and process specifications. * Update and follow process sheets for major machined parts. * Monitor tool consumption and report deviations or excesses. * Support per-part cost control by identifying possible variations. * Conduct technical tests of tools and processes, recording results. * Maintain organization of the workstation, tools, and materials. * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in machining processes. * Support inventory counts and control of non-moving materials when required. * Provide technical support to customers, resolving queries and offering necessary assistance. **Requirements** * Technical or technological education in Mechanical Engineering, Machining, or related fields. * Proven experience in machining, including operation of lathes (conventional and/or CNC) and milling machines. * Knowledge of technical drawing interpretation and basic metrology. * Understanding of process control and continuous improvement concepts. * Microsoft Office: basic proficiency. * English: basic level (preferred). **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in tooling and high-volume machining environments. * Experience conducting tool testing and process optimization. * Analytical, organized profile with strong attention to detail. **Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM** **Salary: R$ 3.500 to R$ 4.500** **Benefits** Meal Voucher: R$ 16.00 per day; Transportation Voucher; Health Insurance (co-payment plan, effective after 90-day probation period); Dental Insurance; Life Insurance; Gympass; Scholarship Program; SESC Membership. **Why Apply?** Environment of constant learning and interaction with major clients Opportunity for technical development and recognition **Interested in this position?
