Ensure food safety and product preservation **Job Description:** ---------------------- Conduct training, guidance, and technical support in bakery operations for customers and staff, ensuring correct handling, preparation, and preservation of products, as well as compliance with quality and food safety standards. Responsibilities: Train customer employees on the proper handling of bakery products according to company-established standards. Operate ovens and other equipment to bake and finish products. Guide customers on the appropriate use of ovens and other equipment, ensuring efficiency and quality in preparation. Handle and decorate breads, sweets, and savory items according to company-defined quality and standardization criteria. Ensure product and ingredient quality, food safety, and preservation at the customer's premises. Serve end customers, clarifying doubts regarding products and preparation methods. Comply with and reinforce hygiene standards, good manufacturing practices, and food safety requirements. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed high school education (technical or vocational training in Bakery, Confectionery, Gastronomy, or related fields is preferred). Experience in bakery operations and customer service.
