About the Position **Job Mission:** Responsible for executing infrastructure processes related to network, software, and hardware, with the objective of ensuring the availability of IT services across all company departments. **Main Job Responsibilities:** * Contribute to the administration of infrastructure, network, telecommunications, and security solutions through specific software and procedures to ensure high availability of the IT infrastructure; * Administer servers, install, configure, perform maintenance, proactively monitor, and apply fixes to operating systems and various software through specific routines to ensure full functionality of the infrastructure; * Protect information through management systems to guarantee the integrity, reliability, authenticity, and availability of company data; * Execute and ensure correct backup procedures and conduct regular data recovery tests using established backup procedures and routines to ensure information security; * Optimize internet usage through firewall management systems, controlling usage and consumption of the company’s internet links to prevent unauthorized use; * Guide correct and secure use of Information Technology through recommendations and procedures to avoid errors and improve equipment performance; * Administer and maintain information security strategies through a pre-established IT policy; * Perform and ensure continuous updating of network and telecommunications infrastructure documentation through preparation and completion of documents; * Monitor tickets via Service Desk to identify recurring issues and potential improvements. Provide technical support to internal customers and the IT team through remote or on-site assistance to ensure proper usage and high availability of the IT infrastructure; * Support procurement processes through technical specifications and product and equipment validation for acquisition. **Education:** Completed Bachelor’s Degree. **Field of Study:** Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. **Competencies:** **Mandatory** ✅ Windows Server and Linux system administration — Advanced; ✅ Virtualization (VMware / Hyper-V / Proxmox) — Advanced; ✅ Routing — Advanced; ✅ Knowledge of Firewall solutions — Advanced; ✅ Cloud environment support (AWS / Azure / Oracle) — Advanced; ✅ Monitoring and observability: Zabbix, Grafana, Syslog, Event Viewer — Advanced; ✅ Corporate backup (Veeam, CommVault, Acronis, etc.); ✅ Vulnerability management (Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7, Nessus); ✅ Implementation of security policies (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Benchmarks); ✅ Technical risk analysis and management; ✅ Log analysis, timeline reconstruction, IOC, TTPs; ✅ Firewalls — configuration, NAT, VPN, IPS, ZTNA; ✅ Active Directory / Entra ID.
