**N1 ON-SITE SUPPORT ANALYST** **Job Description:** Responsibilities: Provide remote and on-site technical support to clients; Diagnose and resolve issues in Windows, network, and Internet environments; Basic hardware support. **Requirements:** Requirements: Excellent knowledge of Windows operating systems; Excellent knowledge of Microsoft applications; Excellent knowledge of Windows environment applications, digital certificates, office applications, and email clients; Good knowledge of hardware; Good knowledge of network infrastructure, TCP/IP, and wireless networks.
