




**Description** What are we looking for?We are seeking a professional responsible for the administration, operation, and monitoring of IT environments, covering infrastructure, applications, and middleware. Provides Level 3 technical support for incidents and requests related to servers and systems, as well as monitoring jobs and tasks. Executes deployment and maintenance of servers and applications across production, pre-production (homologation), development, and PCN environments, ensuring their proper functioning. Performs analysis and release of new system versions, strictly adhering to information security and audit standards. Experience in administration of virtualization servers (VMware ESXi, VxRail, Hyper\-V) and SharePoint is required. We seek professionals with resilience, commitment, responsibility, ownership mindset, and strong teamwork skills. **Responsibilities and duties** Administration, operation, and monitoring of IT environments (infrastructure, applications, and middleware).Provide Level 3 technical support for service tickets (incidents and requests) related to servers and applications.Monitor execution of jobs and tasks.Deploy and maintain proper functioning of servers and applications in production, pre-production (homologation), development, and PCN environments.Perform analysis and release of new system versions.Comply with information security and audit regulations.Administration of virtualization servers (VMware ESXi, VxRail (HCI), and Hyper\-V).SharePoint administration.Storage administration (Compellent, Pure Storage, Cisco S3260, and Data Domain).Automation of routine tasks via scripts (PowerShell, Shell script, Python).Development of service continuity strategies, including Disaster Recovery procedures and environment policies.Address incidents and requests in operations to meet ANS requirements.Knowledge of concepts involved in backup routines, Veeam Backup operations, and validation of implemented backup routines.Mapping scheduled routines within the environment and ensuring their monitoring and execution in production.Apply update policies across DEV, HMG, PRD, and PCN environments to mitigate security risks.Generate and maintain documentation for client infrastructure and monitoring items.Ensure implementation and adherence to security policies, access management, and change management practices to mitigate risks to infrastructure operations. **Requirements and qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field. Minimum 5 years of generalist Infrastructure experience. Knowledge of Linux and Windows Server operating systems; Cloud Computing in Azure and AWS environments; VMware and Hyper\-V virtualization; Monitoring, backup, and restore tools; Microsoft infrastructure components such as MS365, DNS, DHCP, IIS, AD, NTFS file security; Middleware configuration and operation (IIS, Apache, Tomcat, Oracle, etc.); Basic SQL and database knowledge (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, etc.); Exchange Server; System Center Configuration Manager; System Center Operations Manager; System Center Service Manager; System Center Orchestrator; System Center Virtual Machine Manager; Microsoft Intune; SharePoint; Familiarity with Cisco solutions (Datacenter and R\&S); Understanding of storage administration and management concepts (Array, RAID, LUNs, snapshot, zoning, masking, initiator, target, etc.) is a plus.
