Ensure the security, availability, and integrity of the company's systems and information by working in an integrated manner between the IT Infrastructure and Information Security teams. The professional will work jointly on technical initiatives and infrastructure and security projects. The SecOps Analyst will be the primary technical reference in Information Security, actively participating in defining standards, risk mitigation, and incident response, as well as directly collaborating in supporting, maintaining, and evolving the organization's IT infrastructure environment. **Responsibilities and duties** * Execute performance and availability verification processes for infrastructure environments (On Premises or Cloud); Participate in planning and executing medium to high complexity infrastructure projects * Plan, implement, and maintain security controls in systems, networks, and corporate environments (on\-premises and cloud); * Assess and monitor vulnerabilities in systems, networks, and applications, proposing mitigation plans; * Support technology projects ensuring that security aspects are considered from the initial design; * Administer security solutions (firewalls, antivirus, EDR, access control, backup, DLP, etc.); * Support the company's IT Infrastructure activities, connecting with the business (Headquarters and Branches), including periodic travel to service the organization's units; Promote awareness campaigns and good security practices; * Support the legal and compliance areas in LGPD compliance; * Prepare security metrics reports (KPIs/OKRs) and present them to senior management. * Manage and respond to security incidents (phishing, ransomware, data leaks, unauthorized access); * Execute functionality and availability tests on supported systems when necessary. * Plan, implement, and maintain information security policies, standards, and procedures aligned with best practices (ISO 27001, NIST, LGPD); * Address user requests for support regarding system usage and access permissions, executing established processes for each case. * Perform cloud environment administration (Azure or AWS) **Requirements and qualifications** Significant experience in IT infrastructure administration. In-depth knowledge of operating systems, networks, and security. Leadership and project management skills.
