Job Summary: This internship in Administration and Mechanical Projects offers the opportunity to assist with administrative routines, document control, fiscal and financial support, as well as develop and implement project management methodologies. Schedule management and activity control **INTERNSHIP POSITION \- Administration Internship** Responsibilities: * Assist with incoming invoice control; * Support procurement and freight quotations; * Support purchase order follow-up; * Assist in preparing and controlling spreadsheets and organizing documents; * Support open purchase order control; * Assist with purchase order issuance, quotations, and supplier communication; * Provide support to the Fiscal and Finance departments. Requirements: * Currently enrolled in an Administration program, from the 3rd semester onward; * Proficiency in Excel; * Availability to intern for at least one year; * Residence in Cachoeirinha, Gravataí, Canoas, or Porto Alegre. **INTERNSHIP POSITION \- Mechanical Projects Internship \- PMO** Responsibilities: * Support the development and implementation of methodologies, processes, and tools applicable to project management; * Support the identification, analysis, and control of risks associated with project management; * Execute internal PMO process routines; * Participate in project activity planning and control through schedule management, prioritization, and resource allocation. Requirements: * Currently enrolled in a Production Engineering or Administration undergraduate program, from the 5th semester onward; * Interest in and orientation toward project management; * Proficiency in Excel; * English: reading and comprehension ability; * Knowledge of Power BI is considered a plus; * Availability to intern for at least one year; * Residence in Cachoeirinha, Gravataí, Canoas, or Porto Alegre.
