Promote a sustainable development culture **Responsibilities**: Improve the system; Support process mapping for the department; Update performance indicators monthly; Ensure daily time tracking is recorded and overtime balance is zeroed out at month-end; Attend OKR and KPI check-in meetings; Promote a sustainable development culture; Perform other related departmental tasks; **Required Education**: Completed undergraduate degree in Mathematics, Financial Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields. Postgraduate studies in progress; **Mandatory Requirements**: Google Sheets or Excel; Written and oral communication skills; Financial mathematics; Google tools (Drive, Forms, etc); **Preferred Qualifications**: Power BI; Educational credit calculations; **Behavioral Competencies**: Analytical ability; Results-oriented execution; Planning and organization; Problem-solving; Systems thinking; **Work Modality**: Hybrid **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00 **Compensation**: Competitive salary plus benefits (meal allowance of R$ 37.32 per day, food allowance of R$ 702.85 per month, and transportation allowance), plus additional benefits listed below.
