Sell superior-category rooms and promote hotel services Carry out front office procedures, always aiming to deliver services and customer service in accordance with the company's established guidelines, policies, and procedures; submit shift reports via email at the end of each shift, ensuring such reports are completed accurately and thoroughly, proactively resolving reported issues and ensuring effective communication among relevant departments; read previous shifts' reports; monitor emails constantly; prepare pre-check-in; perform check-in, walk-in, and check-out; make reservations through all sales channels according to reservation procedures; handle internal and external telephone calls in accordance with the hotel's service standards; block rooms for guests with scheduled arrivals on the same day, striving to meet guest preferences and offer the best available room options; verify with housekeeping that rooms will be ready by check-in time; sell superior-category rooms and promote hotel services, such as restaurant, bar, and event facilities; inform supervisors/management regarding departmental material requirements for operations; perform other related duties as assigned by direct supervisors, general management, or company leadership.
