Employment Type: CLT | On-site Salary: R$ 2.742,10 + commission Benefits: Unimed health insurance + dental plan + transportation allowance + restaurant near the company. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:30 PM to 6:00 PM Saturdays, from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM Main Responsibilities: * Provide in-person customer service to existing and new customers at the showroom; * Support the sales team in preparing proposals and orders via the internal system; * Respond to customers by phone, email, and WhatsApp; * Coordinate with the finance department for credit analysis, credit verification, and payment terms; * Monitor order flow from negotiation through delivery and material collection; * Check inventory availability and assist in managing demand; * Maintain customer relationships to foster loyalty; * Organize, maintain, and replenish displayed materials in the showroom; * Support administrative and operational routines of the sales department. Requirements: * High school diploma completed. * Knowledge of administrative and commercial routines.
