We are looking for a Process Analyst I professional focused on contract management to contribute to the Renner S.A team **Responsibilities and duties** The Process Analyst I will work in the team responsible for managing and monitoring Information Technology contracts and suppliers, focusing on controlling contract renewals, payments, expense analysis, and supporting financial and administrative routines within the area. Key responsibilities include: * Monitoring the lifecycle of IT contracts (validity periods, values, adjustments, renewals, and terminations); * Supporting invoice analysis, provisioning, and financial entries; * Managing payment controls, purchase requests, and coordination with internal departments; * Updating control spreadsheets and management reports, ensuring information accuracy; * Assisting managers in supplier interactions, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met; * Collaborating in the continuous improvement of IT administrative and financial processes. **Requirements and qualifications** **Requirements:** * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, and data consolidation); * Basic knowledge of financial processes, contracts, and budget control; * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; * Organized and committed to meeting deadlines. **Desirable:** * Experience with SAP, ServiceNow, and Power BI; * Basic knowledge of process automation (Power Automate, macros, or similar tools). **Additional information** **\*Internal applications until 11/21\*** Challenges applied in real-world contexts.
