Job Summary: Responsible for monitoring the execution of production programs, analyzing efficiency and quality data, and managing and developing production leaders. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on leadership, assertive communication, and systemic thinking. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Process Management, or related fields; Experience with electrical harnesses; Knowledge of management software. **Main Responsibilities:** Responsible for monitoring the execution of production programs, analyzing and recommending the development of techniques, equipment, and devices aimed at improving product performance, quality, and cost; Analysis of efficiency and quality data across production lines; Management of production leaders, including guidance, training, and capacity building to enhance their collaboration with sector teams and achieve expected results. **Expected Behavioral Profile:** Leadership – motivate and guide teams.
