Job Summary: Plan, coordinate, and execute procurement activities, optimizing inventory flow, negotiating with suppliers, and managing the team to align demands and optimize processes. Manage the procurement team and optimize processes **Responsibilities:** Plan, coordinate, and execute procurement activities, including raw materials, equipment, and accessories; Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet customer demands and optimize inventory flow; Negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal commercial terms (price, delivery time, quality, and delivery); Conduct market analysis to identify trends and new suppliers, while monitoring the performance of existing suppliers; Ensure achievement of procurement targets and budgets, maintaining ideal inventory levels to avoid operational disruption; Monitor the quality of purchased products and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations; Manage the procurement team, delivering training and monitoring team performance; Collaborate with sales, marketing, and logistics departments to align demands and optimize processes; Prepare procurement performance reports and present results to senior management. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration; International Trade / Trade / Import / Export; Procurement **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Salary:** To be negotiated **Benefits:** Fuel allowance; Education allowance; Health insurance; Meal voucher; Transportation voucher; Life insurance; Dental plan; Meal or food voucher.
