We have an opportunity for a Tax Assistant role, with a technical focus on tax routines—particularly ISS calculation and declaration. The main challenge of this position will be to control and manage tax processes, ensuring accurate calculation and timely submission of tax obligations, with quality, compliance, and adherence to legal deadlines. We seek a professional with an analytical, detail-oriented, and technically proficient profile who is interested in developing expertise in the tax area and directly handling key tax routines relevant to the business, thereby contributing to the security and efficiency of tax processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Report to the technical/coordination level or management; * Organize and release payments; * Respond to requests via the Service Now tool; * Work independently or as part of a team on specific or multifunctional activities; * Ensure implementation and dissemination of the company’s culture and values; * Perform municipal and federal tax bookkeeping and filing; * Execute ISS calculation on services received by the company; * Access municipal portals for tax filing and payment submission; * Support analysis, verification, and regularization of tax documents; * Handle notifications and requests from public agencies; * Interact with internal departments such as Controller and CSC for sending and tracking payment slips. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields (technical profile is essential); * Knowledge of tax and fiscal routines; * Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite; * Analytical, organized profile with high concentration ability; * Responsibility and initiative; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Ability to work effectively in teams. **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of tax withholdings; * Experience issuing invoices; * Practical experience with ISS calculation; * Familiarity with ERP systems; * Interest in or experience using artificial intelligence to improve processes. **Additional Information** **Learn about our benefits!** * Check eligibility for your position.
