




**RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Active outreach focused on reactivating inactive clients: clients who have not purchased for a certain period or have not responded to initial outreach attempts, and who already have (or partially have) an account; \- Occasionally: Proactive prospecting of new clients (as determined by Supervision); \- Provide customer service via telephone, email, and WhatsApp; \- Present products and services, prepare and send quotations; \- Follow up on post\-sales activities and maintain client relationships. **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Prior experience in internal sales: telephone sales (of products or services); \- Strong communication skills and high energy for generating new leads, with ease adapting to routine tasks; persistent in reversing attrition and reactivating clients; \- Clear diction, high energy, dynamic demeanor, and expressive communication style; \- Willingness to learn, readiness to read training materials and complete internal training programs. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:12 PM to 6:00 PM **BENEFITS:** \- Meal Allowance / Food Voucher: R$30 per day via iFood card; \- Health and Dental Insurance (effective after 3 months); \- Transportation Voucher; \- Fully equipped kitchen.
