Operates the cold-cut slicing machine to slice products according to specifications and requested quantities: places the raw item into the compartment, adjusts the blade to the desired slice thickness, activates the equipment, and slices the product by moving the item against the cutting blade. · Ensures adequate stock levels and proper product presentation on displays, gondolas, and shelves, verifying correct packaging, expiration dates, and appropriate exposure for visibility and easy customer access. · At the end of the shift, collects products for storage in refrigerated chambers to maintain quality and facilitate retrieval the following day. Places products in trays, wraps them with plastic film, labels them, and stores them on shelves. · Uses appropriate tools and equipment (electric cold-cut slicer, spatulas, tongs, scale, and other resources) when performing tasks, ensuring organization and proper maintenance. Follows specific procedures learned during training regarding usage and work methods, as well as safety equipment protocols to prevent occupational hazards and accidents, and maintains personal hygiene.
