### **Job Mission**
Ensure efficient management of the company's accounting activities, guaranteeing compliance with legal and tax regulations, accurate recording of financial transactions, preparation of precise financial statements, and strategic support for executive decision-making.
### **Main Responsibilities**
* Supervise and coordinate all accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, tax bookkeeping, and payroll.
* Ensure compliance with current accounting, tax, and legal regulations.
* Prepare balance sheets, financial statements, and management reports for the executive board.
* Monitor and analyze financial indicators, proposing process improvements and optimizations.
* Support the company during internal and external audits, addressing requirements from regulatory bodies.
* Guide and develop the accounting team, promoting training and performance evaluation.
* Implement and improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
* Collaborate with internal departments—such as finance, tax, and administration—to ensure process integration.
### **Basic Requirements**
**Education/Qualification:**
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences.
* Active registration with CRC (Regional Council of Accounting).
**Experience:**
* Solid experience in accounting management, preferably in medium- or large-sized companies.
* Knowledge of current tax and accounting legislation.
### **Desirable Requirements**
* Postgraduate degree or MBA in Controllership, Finance, or Business Management.
* Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., TOTVS, SAP, Protheus).
* Experience with internal and external audits.
* Proficiency in analyzing financial indicators and management reports.
* Leadership and team development capabilities.
* English or another relevant language for international reporting (optional, depending on the company).
