Focus on safety, quality, and organization (5S) **Job Description:** We are seeking a **Bending Machine Operator** to operate sheet and tube bending machines according to technical specifications and production plans, ensuring process quality and efficiency. **Responsibilities:** ● Operate bending machines in accordance with work instructions, technical drawings, and defined parameters; ● Perform setup, adjustments, and measurements during the production process; ● Visually inspect parts and identify potential non-conformities; ● Maintain equipment and tools in good condition and cleanliness; ● Comply with safety, quality, and environmental regulations; ● Maintain organization and cleanliness standards (5S) in the work area. **Competencies:** ● Concentrated attention and precision in tasks; ● Commitment to results and deadlines; ● Regular attendance and punctuality; ● Teamwork and effective communication; ● Proactivity and accountability. **Technical Requirements:** ● Prior experience operating sheet or tube bending machines; ● Knowledge of **technical drawing** and **metrology** (caliper and protractor); ● Understanding of bending parameters; ● Proficiency in **Delem** controls (for sheets); ● Technical training in mechanical or industrial fields is desirable. **Education:** Completed High School.
