Record food and beverage orders accurately in the system (electronic order slips or paper). Serve food and beverages according to house standards, ensuring promptness and courtesy. Monitor customer satisfaction during meals, providing immediate support for any requests. Restock items such as napkins, condiments, and utensils on tables. Organize, clean, and prepare tables for new customers, following hygiene standards. Assist with bill settlement and, if required, operate the cash register and process payments. Keep the service area consistently clean, organized, and well-stocked. Comply with food safety regulations, good food handling practices, and health surveillance requirements. Support opening and closing procedures of the dining area (setup and breakdown). Collaborate with fellow waitstaff, servers, busboys, and kitchen staff to ensure an efficient service flow.
