Job Summary: Assist pizzaiolos in pizza production, assembly, and baking, as well as organizing the workspace and preparing ingredients. Key Highlights: 1. Direct assistance in pizza production and assembly 2. Preparation of ingredients and organization of the production area 3. Full support to pizzaiolos Assist pizzaiolos in dough preparation and opening, pizza assembly and baking, counter setup, ingredient preparation, cleaning and organizing the production area and dishes, cheese and dough portioning, and other tasks assigned by pizzaiolos.
