We are seeking a Senior Project Assistant to support the team in organizing, controlling, and monitoring the company's strategic initiatives, ensuring deadlines, quality, and cross-departmental alignment.
* Support project planning and scheduling.
* Update action plans, status reports, and performance indicators.
* Organize meetings, minutes, follow-ups, and decision records.
* Manage project documents, contracts, and files.
* Monitor risks, open items, and mitigation plans.
* Interact with internal departments and vendors for alignment.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of project processes.
Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:**
* Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related fields.
* Prior experience supporting projects.
* Proficiency in project management tools (Advanced Excel, MS Project, Planner, AutoCAD, or similar).
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks.
* Good written and verbal communication skills, and ability to work effectively in an in-person team environment.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Certification or coursework in project management (e.g., PMBOK, Scrum, Kanban).
* Experience in process improvement or system implementation projects.
* Familiarity with KPIs, dashboards, and data analysis.
* Previous experience in a PMO or structured project office.
