Description: Arlanxeo Internship Program 2026/1, Triunfo RS Open Positions: Project Engineering REQUIREMENTS: * Currently enrolled in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Control and Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields; * Intermediate-level English and Excel proficiency. * Basic Power BI knowledge is desirable. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Monitor field supervision and inspection of construction and installation activities for industrial systems; * Assist in coordinating and executing industrial system implementation projects, including strategy, planning, conceptual design, specifications, supplier selection, detailed engineering, installation, and commissioning; * Assist in developing new suppliers to meet emerging technical requirements driven by technological advancement; * Support field activity planning within project cost and schedule constraints; * Assist in meeting scheduled activity deadlines with on-site monitoring (supervision); * Assist in exploring engineering solutions to support resolution of industrial maintenance issues; * Assist in managing and archiving technical documentation and records related to industrial systems; * Participate in studies and recommendations for new techniques aimed at optimizing operations and reducing costs; * Participate in planning and implementing improvement projects and associated testing phases. Finance REQUIREMENTS: * Currently enrolled in Accounting, Administration, Economics, or Engineering programs; * Intermediate-level English and Excel proficiency; * Basic Power BI knowledge is desirable. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Support monitoring of administrative expense reports per department, with explanations for major variances; * Assist in developing spreadsheets to support the controller's office and enhance understanding of processes to assist the team; * Support responses to IBGE and ABIQUIM surveys; * Assist in controlling packaging costs; * Assist in accounting entries for provisions and reclassifications; * Support general controller's office activities. Human Resources REQUIREMENTS: * Currently enrolled in Administration or Human Resources programs; * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency; * Basic English proficiency. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Assist in employee registration within internal systems; * Assist in processing benefit payments to active and former employees; * Assist in preparing indicator reports and other management information reports; * Assist in vendor payments by issuing purchase requisitions and orders, tracking orders, and entering invoices into the system; * Assist in Training and Development processes; * Support recruitment, termination, and personnel movement processes; * Support management of the Corporate Language Program; * Support document filing within the department; * Support internal service delivery to site employees and managers. Maintenance I \- Technical REQUIREMENTS: * Currently enrolled in a Mechanical Technician program; * Basic Excel proficiency. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment such as motors, pumps, and compressors. Maintenance II \- Technical REQUIREMENTS: * Currently enrolled in an Instrumentation Technician program; * Basic Excel proficiency.
