More information at: www.saopietro.com.br **Position:** ---------- We are seeking an **Ophthalmology Assistant** for the **Emergency Department**, responsible for initial patient reception, organizing urgent care flow, registration, health insurance authorization, and direct support to clinical staff. * Perform initial patient reception in the Emergency Department; * Accurately and efficiently register patients in the system, ensuring precise data updates for clinical care; * Release referral forms via health insurance provider portals (over 37 health plans); * Guide patients and companions regarding Emergency Department procedures, waiting queues, and directions; * Support coordination among examination rooms, triage area, and reception. * Maintain an organized, welcoming, and functional Emergency Department reception, promoting a calm experience.
