Join one of the country's most modern hospital complexes, recognized nationally and internationally for the quality and safety of its medicine and the humanism of its professionals, supported by innovative processes and equipment. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the monitoring of **oncology care pathways (breast, prostate, and lung cancer)**, assisting with patient navigation and tracking their journey within the institution. * Conduct **medical record reviews** to identify and organize relevant information for patient follow-up. * Perform **collection, organization, and documentation of clinical data**, contributing to the monitoring and improvement of care pathway processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in a **Bachelor's Degree in Nursing**, from the **4th semester onward**. * Interest in working with **clinical processes, medical record analysis, and monitoring of health care pathways**. * Availability to work from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., Monday through Friday. **Additional Information** * On-site cafeteria; * Transportation allowance; * Internship stipend aligned with market standards; We are Santa Casa de Porto Alegre, a hospital complex comprising eight hospitals and boasting over **two hundred years of history.** We are a national and international reference in cardiology, cardiovascular surgery, organ transplants, neurosurgery, pneumology, thoracic surgery, oncology, and high-complexity pediatrics.
