If you enjoy solving problems, pay close attention to detail, and want to work with modern technologies, this opportunity is for you! **SIP Telephony Support (Orpen):** You will be responsible for creating and configuring extensions, managing support queues, and diagnosing issues related to telephony. You will ensure stable and efficient company communications. **Device Management and Configuration:** Includes formatting and preparing laptops for new users, applying policies and configurations via **Microsoft Intune**, protecting devices with **Microsoft Defender**, and integrating devices into **Azure AD**. **Security and Compliance:** Implementation of corporate security parameters, configuration of **MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication)**, application of device encryption, and monitoring to maintain compliance with internal policies. **Printer Maintenance and Configuration:** Replacing toner cartridges, adjusting print settings, and configuring network settings to ensure proper equipment operation. **User Support and Assistance:** Resolving incidents related to hardware, software, and connectivity; supporting the use of corporate tools; and providing guidance on security best practices. Requirements: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in related fields Prior experience in this field is a plus.
