




Description: * Completed technical course or currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program in Information Systems, Computer Science, Networking, or related fields; * Experience with remote support; Availability to work on weekends. * Preferred qualifications: * Knowledge of ticketing tools (preferably Qualitor / Salesforce); * Test logic and programming; * Knowledge of Trauma Zero and Zabbix. * Proactive approach focused on transactional perspective to prevent incidents; * Remote first-level incident handling; * Development of procedures and manuals for the area, as well as participation in continuous process improvement; * Reporting of observed opportunities; * Interaction with all departments of Saque e Pague to advance problem resolution and/or prevention; * Ensuring fulfillment of previously scheduled support activities; * Providing support to external technicians via the IVR system; 2512180202551873675
