Crédito Real Imóveis is expanding and seeking an intern to support the Training and Development activities of our Franchise Network. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals beginning their careers in HR/TD and wishing to develop skills in **technology, Artificial Intelligence**, and corporate learning methodologies. We are looking for someone organized, curious, eager to learn, and willing to contribute to the evolution of our human development processes. **RESPONSIBILITIES** The intern will receive guidance and learn to: **Support content creation and organization** * Assist in developing training materials (handouts, checklists, presentations, scripts) using digital tools and Artificial Intelligence under supervision. * Collaborate in organizing learning paths and microlearning modules. **Support training logistics and routine** * Assist in organizing in-person, hybrid, and online trainings (attendance lists, scheduling, invitations, and materials). * Provide support for mentoring sessions and internal events at franchises (managing registrations, coffee breaks, basic setup, etc.). * Assist in internal communications regarding trainings, live sessions, and informational updates. **Monitor performance indicators** * Support data collection and updating of training participation metrics. * Assist in preparing simple reports, under the guidance of the department. **WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH:** * Strong organizational and planning skills. * Interest in technology, AI, and digital tools. * Curiosity and willingness to learn about people development. **REQUIREMENTS** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Marketing, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of AI tools and Microsoft Office Suite. * Strong written communication skills. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Academic experience or projects involving Artificial Intelligence.
