Learn more about our brand at: dex.co **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate the finishing line, performing setups, adjustments, and panel classification according to quality standards. * Meet production schedules and targets established for departmental and company performance indicators. * Perform operational controls, SAP data entry, report completion, and inspections as outlined in checklists. * Report anomalies and engage maintenance when necessary. * Ensure continuous equipment supply and conduct shift handovers with relevant information. * Maintain clean, organized equipment and work areas, adhering to safety, quality, environmental, and internal policy standards. * Participate in training sessions and other departmental activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Residency in Taquari-RS; * Forklift operation training preferred; * Availability to work on Marshall shift schedule: 6:00 AM–6:00 PM or 6:00 PM–6:00 AM. **Additional Information** Aligned with our organizational culture, we **care for life wherever it is**.
