Responsibilities and Duties * Respond to customer inquiries and address questions, ensuring clear, welcoming, and efficient communication. * Fully track customer requests, guaranteeing timely follow-up and keeping customers informed at every stage. * Record and monitor requests in the internal system, analyzing each case and forwarding them to the responsible departments (engineering, finance, legal, etc.) until final resolution. * Provide customer support on matters related to contracts, documentation, floor plan options, customizations, and other guidance. * Organize and schedule visits and appointments, ensuring alignment between customers and the internal team. * Accompany unit inspections with customers, offering support, clarifying doubts, and ensuring a transparent and positive experience throughout the process. * Update and maintain customer service histories and records, ensuring information organization and traceability. * Analyze received complaints and suggestions, contributing to improvements in the service process and overall customer experience. * Support administrative and financial workflows related to customer service, including entries into SIENGE when required. Requirements and Qualifications * Degree in Architecture; * Experience in customer service; * Experience conducting unit inspections; * Familiarity with Mobuss and AutoCAD systems. 2512170202551922017
