HR Payroll Analyst

SEBRATEL, a leading company in the telecommunications sector, is seeking an HR Payroll Analyst with expertise in payroll processing and labor legislation. Responsibilities: * Perform payroll calculations; * Carry out tax closure calculations (INSS, FGTS, etc.); * Process employee terminations, including all related calculations; * Manage employee benefits, including control, calculations, and recordkeeping; * Address employee inquiries professionally and courteously; * Support new employee onboarding, including document verification and ASO scheduling; * Maintain organized filing systems. Requirements: * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Human Resources, or related fields; * Prior experience in the field; * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; * Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and make sound decisions; * Proactivity, sense of urgency, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Strategic business mindset; * Knowledge of the Sênior system is a plus.
