**JOB OBJECTIVE:** CONDUCT DAILY MONITORING AND VERIFICATION OF ALL ACTIVITIES IN ACCORDANCE WITH STANDARDS AND PROJECTS REGISTERED IN AUTODOC TO ENSURE QUALITY DELIVERY; GUIDE AND SUPERVISE EMPLOYEES ON THE CORRECT EXECUTION OF ACTIVITIES, AS WELL AS STANDARD PROCEDURES IN ACCORDANCE WITH ETS, ITS, FVS; ORIENT NEW INTERNS BY EXPLAINING ROUTINES AND ACTIVITIES TO BE CARRIED OUT. PROVIDE SUPPORT TO THE SAFETY DEPARTMENT THROUGH AWARENESS TRAININGS ON THE USE OF PPE AND COLLECTIVE PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (CPE), AS WELL AS ASSIST IN SAFETY INSPECTIONS; SUPPORT THE CONSTRUCTION SITE MANAGER THROUGH QUANTITY SURVEYS, MATERIAL PROCUREMENT, AND SUPPLIER EVALUATIONS. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Conduct daily monitoring and verification of all activities in accordance with standards and projects registered in Autodoc to ensure quality delivery. * Guide all employees on the correct execution of activities, as well as standard procedures according to ETS, ITS, FVS; orient new interns by explaining routines and activities to be carried out. * Ensure product quality by monitoring execution, communicating information, and conducting regular training. * Use all PPE and assist in safety inspections to prevent accidents on site. * Help organize the construction site, including waste disposal, to avoid waste. * Support the safety department through awareness training on the use of PPE and CPE, as well as assisting in safety inspections. * Support the construction site manager through quantity surveys, material procurement, scheduling, and supplier evaluations. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Academic Background: PURSUING A DEGREE IN CIVIL ENGINEERING OR ARCHITECTURE * MICROSOFT OFFICE SUITE * AUTOCAD * EXPERIENCE IN READING TECHNICAL DRAWINGS Compensation Package: Fixed Salary Meal Allowance Transportation Allowance or Fuel Allowance Performance Bonus ✅ Attendance Bonus Premium Health Insurance Dental Insurance Birthday Day Off Life Insurance Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
