As a Supervisor, your responsibilities will include: * Results-oriented promoter team management (development and follow-up); * Development and implementation of tactical actions focused on execution excellence and ROI; * Analysis, continuous review, and updating of coverage (promoters vs. stores served); * MPDV control (inventory/requests/shipping); * Close collaboration with the Sales team; * Organization and participation in monthly promoter and sales meetings; * Building and developing relationships with internal customers and partners; * Regional knowledge and field presence; * Monitoring and tracking of performance indicators (presence, stockout, sell-out, product positioning, perfect store); * Development of regional service strategies; * Budget management; * Development of support/incentive initiatives for the promoter team. Requirements: * Residency in the region; * Proven experience in Merchandising; * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency; * Familiarity with sell-out tools and technological aptitude; * Initiative, strong communication skills, and creativity; * Trade marketing experience is a plus; * Valid Category B driver's license and personal vehicle.
